One-on-One Personal Training

  •  Services include:
    • Weekly One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
    • Monthly Fitness Assessments to evaluate physical progress towards your fitness goals
    • Fitness Progress Tracking over the duration of the program
      • Tracking the progress of weight, sets, repetitions, rest, and time for each individual exercise performed
    • Analysis of Fitness Progress
    • (If requested) Constructed 45/60 minute workouts for non-training session days
      • These workouts will be provided after the first two/three months of the program when a number of exercises and techniques have been taught and learned
    • 24/7 Access to Personal Trainer via phone or email
    • Nutrition program (additional fee)


Prices start as low as $50 per session excluding program fee

After purchase, you will be contacted by one of our trainers for discussion of goals and scheduling of services.  You will then invoiced the full cost of your program.
